Typical turnaround is 2–6 weeks depending on complexity, accessories, and current workload. Rush orders may be available — mention your deadline when you contact us.

Can I see the design before you print it?

Yes. We send 3D renders for your approval before printing anything. You can request unlimited revisions until you're completely happy with the design.

What if my mask arrives damaged?

We cover all transport damage. If anything arrives broken or damaged, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. Just send us photos and we'll sort it out.

Is the listing non-refundable?

Custom commissions are non-refundable because every piece is built specifically for you. However, we do everything possible to ensure you love the result before we ship.

Can you replicate a specific character or design?

Yes, we build fan-made inspired pieces regularly. We work from references, photos, and descriptions. For licensed characters, we take a fan-art approach.
